We can create customized plans from which to build starting with some of the basic information such as:

We can help you find a Lot...

If you need a lot and are partial to a particular town or village, we can offer assistance in finding a lot that meets your needs. We have worked with a few very good realtors that may aid in your search and would be happy to assist.

Should you own a lot and wish to sell, we can help make the property more attractive to a potential buyer by having the engineering and permitting in hand. This will add value by letting the potential buyer know the lot is buildable immediately; saving him time and money.

Site Inspection and Analysis

We can perform a site inspection and review any plans you may have to determine any potential concerns or limitations. We shall then be better able to discuss the process for planning, permitting, and construction with you, in detail.

Permitting

Our Turn-Key Homes, Additions, and Weather Tight Shells would include any necessary permitting however, if you have a lot you wanted to sell or build on yourself we could fill out and apply for any building permits on your behalf. Permitting the lot would add value should you want to sell as a potential buyer would know it was buildable immediately eliminating any possible concerns, saving him time and money. If you wanted to act as your own General Contractor we could take you through the permitting process setting you up for success while pointing out any potential areas of concern.

Engineering & Surveying

If you do not have any engineering or surveying for your property we can provide an estimate for any plans or staking necessary for the permitting process. We can then schedule any work such as soil evaluation and testing, sewage disposal plans, or site plans as required.

Weather Tight Shell

If you wish for us to take the project up through the weather tight shell and finish the balance on your own we would be happy to do so. We can do as much or as little of the work as you would like us to.

The weather tight shell would consist of the each of the steps necessary, up to and including: the foundation installed, inspected, and back-filled, cellar and garage floors poured, framing complete with windows and exterior doors installed, roofing and siding complete. Ready for you to finish.
